Tricklar news (“Tricklar”) provides an aggregation service pertaining to news headlines from around the world, covering a multitude of categories and regions. Tricklar does not guarantee, approve or endorse the information, products or services being offered from these third party sources, nor does this indicate any association or endorsement by the linked sources to Tricklar. It is the user’s responsibility to evaluate the accuracy, quality, competency, reliability and nature of the third party hyperlinks that Tricklar provides. These third party sites are not under the control of Tricklar and as such, not responsible for any content or material contained on any of the linked sites or any link contained within a linked site. Tricklar provides these links to the user only as a convenience to ascertain dynamic media points of interests over time. On leaving Tricklar news website, the user should be aware that Tricklar’s terms and policies no longer govern and as such, the user should review the relevant third party’s applicable terms and policies. This review should include the specific privacy and data collection practices of the third party’s site.


The company owns the Service and all intellectual property rights associated. This includes copyrights in web page designs, evolution word clouds, feed structure and interactive analytical features. The services provided on the Tricklar news website are to be used for personal, non-commercial purposes and provided that you agree with and comply with the Tricklar’s Terms of Use.  By using any services provided by Tricklar will constitute your agreement with the Terms of Use.

Tricklar may, both through its mobile and desktop websites, request your location via a geo-location service. Depending on the user’s device capabilities, Tricklar may collect information about your IP address in order to gain an estimated service location. This information, may then be used by Tricklar to enhance the users experience by tailoring local news feeds to each unique user. We may use this data in aggregate form as a statistical measure, but not in a manner that would identify you personally.


Tricklar utilizes third party advertising companies to serve ads when you visit the website. These companies may use cookies to collect non-personal identifiable information about your usage habits to improve services they provide and create a better fit for the goods and services that may be of interest to you. No personal identifiable information is shared or transferred to third parties and is used solely to improve Tricklar and the overall user experience.


In order to gain access to the ‘My News’ section of the website, the user may be required to register by creating an account whereby information is provided by the user. It is the user’s responsibility to ensure all information provided is accurate. It is the user’s responsibility secure their unique username and password. All content added, created, uploaded, curated, submitted, distributed or posted to Tricklar, is the sole responsibility of the user that originated it. The user will be directly responsible for any material published on Tricklar and any loss or damage that may be caused directly or indirectly. As such, the user should abide by and maintain all copyright restrictions associated with user content.
